Please read our store policies before ordering.

There may be a 7-10 business day turnaround for shipping of your order. This does not include Holidays and Weekends.

Rush Orders are available for an additional fee if available. Please contact us to see if this is a possibility for your order.

Melting of product is inevitable during warm weather months.  During warm weather, your order is shipped in thermal insulated packaging with ice gel packs.  Your product will stay cool up to 36 hours. However, melting still may occur once your order in the shipper’s hands.  Your order will still be tasty. It just might not look as pretty. There are no refunds for melted product.

Shipping is through UPS or USPS, depending on location. Average ship time is 1 – 3 days depending on your location.  A tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided when your order is prepared to ship.  Please read the information in the email that will give you shipping by date.

Please note that our brownies are made in a facility that uses wheat, soy, peanuts, & tree nuts.  Our chocolate toppings contain coconut oil.
